Our Offerings

We aim to share our space in a flexible way to offer our clients and members a well-rounded experience for their physical health. We have a range of membership options, including open gym time, class pass memberships, one-on-one personal training, and hybrid packages. Learn more about our offerings below.

Y.O.U.TH Summer Camp

Monday - Friday June 8th - July 31st (2026)

Join our Y.O.U.TH Sports Camp where the kids will learn the fundamentals of soccer, basketball, and baseball. We will provide daily group lessons, agility drills, and obstacle courses for the kids. Through our program kids build confidence, improve coordination, and have opportunities to work in teams.

$175 per kid per week

Batting Cages

Batting cages are now available to rent. Cages have access to both pitching screens and machine. Packages are available that come with coaching and baseball-focused training.

  • One hour hitting or pitching coaching lessons are available

    • Single - $75

    • 4 Sessions - $280 ($70 per lesson)

    • 8 Sessions - $520 ($65 per lesson)

    These prices include the batting cage rental for the hour

  • Single Cage

    • 1 hour - $30

    • 2 hours - $50

    Two Cages

    • 1 hour - $60

    • 2 hours - $100

    Renting two cages will ensure your group will have the room to yourselves

    Rentals are dependent on availability

  • Travel Team Packages

    Bronze Team - $240/month - 8 hours/month

    Silver Team - $340/month - 12 hours/month

    Gold Team - $420/month - 16 Hours/month

    Travel team packages require monthly renewal

Classes

We offer a range of morning and evening group classes weekly. Classes are unlimited in our monthly class pass membership, available in our hybrid packages, or available to non-members with a drop-in fee.

  • Our full-body strength HIIT classes combine strength training with cardio. In this 1-hour class, you’ll build strength and endurance.

  • We offer a yoga class weekly to help you stretch, reset, and recover from your weekly strength and cardio training. In this one-hour class, you’ll follow a flow that will improve your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.

  • We offer a high-energy Zumba class weekly to help mix it up! Join this class to dance, jump, wiggle, and move. It’s a great way to get your cardio and endurance in a group while having tons of fun!

Personal Training

Work with one of our team members for one-on-one personal training to reach your specific goals. Sessions range from 45 minutes to one hour long, and are flexible on a weekly basis.

Personal training is available as a package, or in our hybrid packages.

Youth Programming

Y.O.U Fitness places a significant emphasis on youth coaching and sports conditioning, underscoring our commitment to fostering the physical well-being and development of young individuals. We are dedicated to operating as a business that uplifts and positively impacts the youth community.

Y.O.U. Fitness has worked with clients such as ASPIRA of Illinois, Yates Elementary, and Peace Players on youth programming, coached conditioning, and fitness mentorship.

  • We offer speed, agility, and strength training for your full youth athletic team catered specifically to your sport!

    Your team can come to us, or we can come to you. We offer the option for mobile membership to provide training at your facility within the greater Chicagoland and surrounding suburb areas.

  • We offer training for kids based on their specific needs. Whether it’s on or off season, baseball or football, we have the right program for your child. We cover basic fundamentals, focusing on sports strengthening and conditioning.
