Our Offerings

We aim to share our space in a flexible way to offer our clients and members a well-rounded experience for their physical health. We have a range of membership options, including open gym time, class pass memberships, one-on-one personal training, and hybrid packages. Learn more about our offerings below.

Classes

We offer a range of group classes weekly. Classes are unlimited in our monthly class pass membership, available in our hybrid packages, or available to non-members with a drop-in fee.

Memberships start at $110/month, and all drop-in classes are $20.

  • Our full-body strength HIIT classes combine strength training with cardio. In this 1-hour class, you’ll build strength and endurance.

  • We offer a yoga class weekly to help you stretch, reset, and recover from your weekly strength and cardio training. In this one-hour class, you’ll follow a flow that will improve your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.

  • We offer a high-energy Zumba class weekly to help mix it up! Join this class to dance, jump, wiggle, and move. It’s a great way to get your cardio and endurance in a group while having tons of fun!

Personal Training

Work with one of our team members for one-on-one personal training to reach your specific goals. Sessions range from 45 minutes to one hour long, and are flexible on a weekly basis.

Personal training is available as a package, or in our hybrid packages.

Youth Programming

Y.O.U Fitness places a significant emphasis on youth coaching and sports conditioning, underscoring our commitment to fostering the physical well-being and development of young individuals. We are dedicated to operating as a business that uplifts and positively impacts the youth community.

Y.O.U. Fitness has worked with clients such as ASPIRA of Illinois, Yates Elementary, and Peace Players on youth programming, coached conditioning, and fitness mentorship.
